The official public relations hub for Omid Charity and Omid Hospital public relations in northwest Iran
Since 1990, Omid Charity has built the largest grassroots support network for cancer patients in northwest Iran, powered entirely by donor trust. The Omid Charity public relations department is the link that holds this social capital together — and the direct point of contact for donors, the media, and patients' families.
Charity public relations exists to build an honest bridge between a nonprofit and the public it serves — from transparent reporting on how donations are spent to answering donor questions every single day. At Omid Charity, this department is directly responsible for reporting on patients' treatment progress, engaging and thanking donors, and publishing financial and audit reports for anyone to see.
Alongside it, Omid Hospital public relations specifically coordinates between the care team, patients' families, and the media — from communicating bed availability and appointment scheduling to managing donors' on-site hospital visits, always with full respect for patient dignity and privacy in every story and image that gets published. Both departments share one goal: the trust a donor places in Omid Charity gets answered with complete transparency.
