Omid Hospital and Omid Charity Association, in a joint meeting of their senior managers, reviewed the strategic policies and priorities for the year 1405 (2026). In this meeting, emphasis was placed on the continuation of providing desirable medical services, optimizing resources, and strengthening the culture of philanthropy across all pillars of this complex, especially in the health sector.

According to Omid Public Relations, a meeting was held with the aim of familiarizing the hospital management team with the new CEO of Omid Charity and also exchanging views on the implementation of the association’s macro policies in this medical complex. The main focus of these discussions was the necessity of continuing the development path, improving the quality level of services, and implementing modern management approaches in the charity and treatment domain.

Dr. Behzad Sinaei, President of Omid Hospital, also referring to the difficult conditions of the past year, considered the continuity of service while maintaining and improving quality as the most important mission of this complex and added:

In continuation of this meeting, Ms. Afshar, Internal Manager of Omid Hospital, while outlining this year’s policies, enumerated the main operational programs as follows:

- Providing quality medical services without imposing extra costs on patients
- Developing educational and research activities in the health field
- Increasing the productivity of human resources in the complex
- Effective and constructive interaction with health benefactors
- Optimal management of hospital resources
Also, Mr. Gharibi, Nursing Manager, considered organizational tranquility as a guarantee for improving service quality and emphasized that transparency, realism, and strengthening the sense of companionship are factors for service sustainability and making team activities effective.
