Omid's 30th Golrizan took place on 3 Esfand 1403, Solar Hijri, at Urmia's Vahdat Hall, with the cooperation of West Azerbaijan's Culture and Islamic Guidance Department and participation from artists and donors.
Contributions and pledges totaled 4.183 billion tomans: 2.680 billion in cash on the night, 1.255 billion in donated checks and 248 million in contributions involving supplies for the chemotherapy expansion and online participation.
The ceremony also honored longstanding supporters. Iranian artist Khosrow Dastgir was recognized for years of accompanying Omid's Golrizan celebrations, and provincial culture director Alireza Norouzi for his sustained support. Alireza Khamseh, Mahmoud Azizi, Rahim Shahriari, Gholamreza Cheraghali and Fariba Kowsari were among the participating artists.
The celebration marked an important collective step toward developing Omid Hospital's 60-bed chemotherapy unit and bringing hope to people with cancer.
