According to Omid Public Relations; in a friendly meeting, the CEO and members of the Board of Directors of the West Azerbaijan Charity Association for Supporting Cancer Patients (Omid) expressed their gratitude to the manager and head of public relations of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company – Urmia region, for the company’s valuable actions in supporting the goals of Omid Charity.
In this meeting, Mr. Mojarrad, highlighting the importance of Omid Charity’s activities in providing specialized services in the fight against cancer in northwestern Iran, said: “No undertaking reaches fruition without public support and the cooperation of benefactors. This is why, over the past years, the love and devotion of benefactors in Urmia, across the province, and throughout Iran have strengthened Omid’s power in the battle against cancer.”
Mojarrad stated that the main capital of charitable associations is the people, and said: “Any action taken to empower and support vulnerable segments of society brings divine satisfaction and creates a brighter future for citizens. We hope that in this path, the community of benefactors and philanthropists will surpass the number of recipients of medical services from Omid.”
Continuing this friendly meeting, Mr. Sadeghi, CEO of Omid Charity, while presenting a report on the most important actions and achievements of Omid Charity over 35 years of activity, said: “Developing social and cultural capacities, strengthening awareness-raising activities for cancer prevention, and laying the groundwork for increasing public participation are among Omid’s most important goals. These will not be possible without consultation, exchange of experiences, and benefiting from all charitable capacities within institutions, organizations, and individuals.”
At the end of this friendly meeting, Omid Charity Association honored the support of the CEO of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company – Urmia region by presenting a special statuette and plaque.
Additionally, Mr. Engineer Moghaddasi, head of public relations of this company, received the “Omid Ambassador” badge of Omid Charity Association for his valuable support in introducing the capacities of Omid Charity to the general public.
